| Western Digital Raptor 150 Gb 10K SATA Hard Drive |
| Review:Techware Labs |
Sat 17th May 2008 |
| Hard drives are one of the major factors that limit the performance of your
system. Even if you have a great CPU to process the information and a lot of fast RAM to store the information, that information first has to be retrieved from the hard drive before it goes anywhere else. This is where the Western Digital Raptor 10,000 RPM 150 GB Hard Drive comes in. This is one of the top of the line hard drives available from Western digital. This particular hard drive is special because unlike the traditional 7200 RPM hard drives, this one spins at 10,000 RPM which leads to significantly smaller seek times thus producing huge performance gains.

| Review:Hardware Canucks |
Sat 17th May 2008 |
| In the past we have looked at single enclosures with slow connection options (USB), single bay enclosures with blazingly fast connectivity (eSATA), we have even reviewed dual bay enclosures which had RAID options but were bottlenecked by the USB 2.0 limitations. Today things are going to be different for not only will be reviewing a dual bay enclosure with enough RAID options to put a smile on the face of even the most jaded of tech geeks; but a dual bay enclosure which uses the ultra fast eSATA connection.

| EVGA nForce 750i SLI FTW Review |
| Review:Firingsquad |
Fri 16th May 2008 |
| Thanks to memory manufacturers overestimating demand for Windows Vista, and the cutthroat competition between AMD, Intel, and NVIDIA going on right now, end users are enjoying bargain basement pricing on several system components: quad-core CPUs from Intel are currently starting right around $220, while 2GB DDR2 RAM kits are going for less than $50, and potent mainstream GPUs like the GeForce 9600 GT selling for under $150. With such low prices, gamers and hardware enthusiasts on a budget can now build a pretty powerful gaming system without having to spend a lot of money.

| CoolIt Dual Drive Bay VGA Cooler NV Reference Series |
| Review:Bjorn3D |
Fri 16th May 2008 |
| Way back when I was an SLI wannabe (a mere two months ago), my XFX GeForce 8800GTX video card zinged along happily at high resolutions (1900x1200) on my Dell 24" LCD monitor with a fair amount of detail and a fair amount of heat. I knew that it was a hot card with a hot chipset when I bought it, but I didn't care. I wanted to attain video bliss as best I could. Temperatures on my little GPU workhorse often reached 85°C while gaming even though I ran the stock cooler's fan at 100%. But I guess that was to be expected and I accepted it. That was the price that I was willing to pay to play.

| When it comes to choosing a motherboard there are several things to consider in terms of chipset, processor compatibility and onboard features. You also have to decide, do you shoot for the moon and go with the best quality board you can buy or do you look for the cheapest one that supports the technology you are looking for?
